I hate starhub customer service officer. Encountered one super duper rude woman on phone. My freaking SIM card was locked and require some pin code, so I had to call starhub. And there she said "sorry I can only give the pin to the person who register this line". I was saying "but my mother is not around now." The rude woman said "This pin is confidential" Whatever la! I'm the son of the person who register this freaking line, can't she just give the pin to me. Thanks to her. I can't receive any calls and sms in school.

I have to lie to another starhub officer saying "my mother is not in singapore now" and I got so pissed off and said "do you need me to send you my mum's IC to prove that I'm her son?" Sheeeeeeeez They are horrible people. They successfully spoilt my day. Oh, kindly remind me to change my service provider when,my contract ends. I think its time to change another provider who will provide better service.
