This is my last time booking out before my field camp, which is commencing on the 28th of July 2006. Unfortunately, shit happened on the Friday night before my book out (which was sat). I got a really bad stomachache and diarrhoea. Owing to those shit, I didn't manage to sleep well that night. Diarrhoea persisted on Sat and Sun. Well, You guys can imagine how shitty that was. Anyhow, due to the sleepless Friday night, I slept once I reached home after book out on sat. Thus, didn't manage to go out with friends. I did manage to go out on Sunday morning with Chris to Vivocity. The primary purpose for the trip was to get my aeroplane models. I was so excited about getting A380 aeroplane model. Shit happened on Sunday afternoon after lunch again. I started vomiting out the lunch I had on the bus on my way home. The feeling was lousy and upset. =X Fortunately, Chris was around and he accompanied me to NUH emergency department. According to the attending doctor, she told me I got Gastritis. Not to worry, guys, its nothing severe. =D

Gastritis is inflammation of the gastric mucosa. The word comes from the Greek gastro- meaning of the stomach and -itis meaning inflammation. Depending on the cause, it may persist acutely or chronically and may coincide with more serious conditions such as atrophy of the stomach

She told me I might have viral infection of the stomach and it will go away after about 1-2 days with medications. I was given 2 days MC, yesterday and today. This explains why I am still at home tonight. I was supposed to book in on yesterday's evening. Anyway, I will be booking in tomorrow at 7am, taking the first ferry at the SAF ferry terminal. Super early man. =X

OH OH! I bought one collector set of Singapore Airline aeroplane models (Consist of four different aeroplane models). I love them man!

I realised Singapore Mainland temperature is cooler than at Pulau Tekong. =X For the whole of today, temperature never hit above 29 degree celsius. Guess it might be because it was raining almost for the whole of today. I wore my sweater last night. Oh man. I really miss wearing it. I decided to bring it into camp tomorrow. My sweater rocks !!! Tataz! I need to get to my comfy bed soon. I am positive that I will definitely miss my bed alot (I guess even my bunk bed) when I am at the field camp. =S

You know? I realised ever since I enlisted, I am spending very little time with my old friends and family. Although, I get to know many new friends in NS. At the same time, I feel as though I am losing my old friends too. The feeling sucks. I hope I will be able to meet a few old friends when I book out after field camp.

I believe I can overcome the difficulties and the hard times which I will face in training. I will survive through and will be proud of myself at the end of it. My usual motivational quote will be with me at all times, "If there's a will, there's a way"
